The main frame of the building is constructed with 150g aluminized zinc layer and yield strength G550, which is durable and strong.



Light steel villas have the following characteristics:  

 

  • 1. Anti-seismic property      

    The roof structure adopts the triangular roof truss system made of cold-formed steel members. After sealing the structural plates and gypsum boards, the steel structural components form a very strong "plate-rib structure system", which greatly improves the ability of resisting horizontal and vertical loads. This structure system has stronger ability of resisting seismic and horizontal loads, and is suitable for areas with seismic intensity over 8 degrees.

  • 2. Wind resistance      

    Light steel structure building has light weight, high strength, good overall rigidity and strong deformation capacity. The building's self-weight is only one fifth of that of the brick-concrete structure. It can withstand the hurricane of 70 meters per second, so that life and property can be effectively protected.

  • 3. Durability

  • 4. Energy saving

    Glass fiber cotton is the main thermal insulation material, which has good thermal insulation effect. With the thermal insulation board of the external wall, the phenomenon of "cold bridge" of the wall is effectively avoided, and the better thermal insulation effect is achieved. The thermal resistance value of R15 thermal insulation cotton about 100 mm thick can be equivalent to that of brick wall about 1 m thick. The thermal resistance of 200 mm thick composite wall can reach 3.2 m2K/W, which is 11 times of that of brick wall with equal thickness.

  • 5. Acoustical insulation      

    It is an important index to evaluate the sound insulation effect of house. All the windows of the house are insulated with hollow glass, which has good sound insulation effect, and the sound insulation effect is over 40 db. The wall composed of steel keel and heat preservation material gypsum board has sound insulation effect as high as 60 db.

  • 6. Fire resistance

    According to different design fire-resistant time can reach 1-4 hours, the fire-resistant grade of light steel villas can meet different building functional requirements, for general unimportant projects can meet grade 3 and 4 fire-resistant grades, for important buildings, the fire-resistant grade of houses can reach grade 1 and grade 2 by strengthening the structure (using fire-proof plates).   • 7. Comfortable

    The light steel wall adopts high efficiency and energy saving system, which has breathing function and can adjust indoor air dry and humidity. The roof has ventilation function, which can form a flowing air room over the interior of the roof, and ensure the ventilation and heat dissipation demand of the interior of the roof. It takes 40 years for concrete to be completely dry, so it is easy to cause indoor humidity and dampness, which is not conducive to human health.

The standardization operation is simple and fast. It saves 2/3 of the construction period compared with the traditional structure. The average construction period of the traditional brick-concrete house is about 6 months (still only the raw finished house). The light steel villas are generally 2 months (the interior and exterior of walls have been completed, only need to buy furniture, appliances for the kitchen, the restroom and other rooms)

  • 11. Suitable for a wide range of land situations and getting more living space

    With the new steel structure framework, light weight, high strength, the overall weight of the house is only about 1/5 of the traditional brick-concrete structure, so no additional lifting equipment is needed, manual handling and installation can be solved. At the same time, the foundation load is small and suitable for construction in various geological conditions. Standardized dry work construction is not affected by weather and season, and uninterrupted construction is realized throughout the year. Due to the use of excellent insulation, sound insulation and energy-saving materials, the wall structure becomes compact, and the pipeline is built-in, which effectively improves the use area of the house, and can increase the use area by 5%-13% compared with conventional brick mixtures.
